Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers leave a key or a lockbox code. Keys are coded, never labelled with your address, and kept securely.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, including a vacuum and eco-friendly products. If you’d rather we used yours, just say.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Every cleaner is interviewed, reference-checked and background-checked, and we carry public liability insurance.
What if I need to skip or cancel?
Give us 48 hours’ notice and there’s no charge. There are no contracts; you can stop whenever you like.
I have pets. Is that OK?
Of course. Let us know about them when you book so we can match you with a cleaner who’s comfortable with animals.
