Who we are

What we collect and why

When you request a booking we collect your name, phone, email, postcode, the estimate you saw and any notes. We use them to contact you about the booking and, if you become a customer, to arrange and invoice your cleans. Our lawful basis is taking steps to enter a contract with you.

Keys and access codes

Keys are stored under a code, never labelled with your address. Access codes are kept only in [your booking system] and shared only with your assigned cleaner.

Who we share it with

Your assigned cleaner, and the services we use to run the business: [form provider], [booking/scheduling tool], [accounting software]. We never sell your data. The instant estimate runs in your browser and isn’t sent to us unless you submit the form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted after [6 months]. Customer and invoice records are kept for [6 years] for tax purposes.
